1:1 Private Coaching Agreement

Between: Danni Stephens (Coach) and Client (You)

Effective Date: Upon purchase and confirmation of the 1:1 Coaching Package.

1. The Coaching Container

By enrolling in Danni’s Private Coaching Package, you agree to a high-touch coaching experience designed to support your growth in both business and lifestyle.

This includes:

  • 4 x 60–90 minute private Zoom coaching sessions per month
  • Monday–Friday access to Danni via private messenger (voice/text)
  • A curated welcome pack with tools to get you organised and focused
  • Personalised support across business strategy, systems, mindset, habits, and lifestyle
  • Minimum commitment of 3 months from the date of your first session
2. Duration & Commitment
  • This agreement is for a minimum of three (3) months, beginning from your first scheduled coaching session.
  • After three months, coaching may continue on a month-to-month basis by mutual agreement.
  • This coaching is designed to deliver transformation through consistency and depth. Sporadic engagement will affect your results.
3. Scheduling & Session Policies
  • You will receive a calendar link to book your monthly sessions.
  • 24 hours’ notice is required for any reschedule requests.
  • Missed sessions without appropriate notice will be forfeited.
  • All sessions must be used within the calendar month—no rollovers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Communication Access
  • You will receive private messenger access (via Voxer, Telegram, or agreed-upon platform) Monday to Friday during business hours (9am–4pm AEST).
  • Messaging is intended for quick support, feedback, accountability and day-to-day coaching in between calls.
  • Danni will respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 hours during business days.
5. Fees & Payment Terms
  • The monthly fee for this coaching package is $1,800 AUD, billed in advance via automatic payment.
  • You authorise Danni Stephens to charge your payment method monthly for the duration of this agreement.
  • Failed or late payments may result in a pause of coaching access until resolved.
  • No refunds are available due to the customised, time-based nature of this service.
6. Confidentiality
  • All conversations, messages, documents and intellectual property shared during this coaching relationship are strictly confidential.
  • Danni will never share your personal or business information with any third party.
  • You agree to the same level of confidentiality regarding any shared client stories, proprietary methods, or resources.
7. Client Responsibility

You understand that:

  • Coaching is a co-creative process. Results depend on your commitment, mindset, and implementation.
  • You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being during and after the coaching process.
  • Danni is not a licensed therapist, accountant, lawyer, or financial advisor, and does not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial advice.
8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Danni Stephens remain the intellectual property of Danni Stephens. You agree not to reproduce, repurpose, or share coaching resources outside of your own personal use.

9. Termination & Continuation
  • This agreement will automatically conclude after 3 months unless both parties agree to continue on a rolling monthly basis.
  • Either party may terminate coaching after the initial 3-month term with 7 days’ written notice.
  • No early termination is permitted within the 3-month initial commitment.
